The 313CC is a cold cathode Thyratron for low current trigger service. The valve contains a small quantity of radioactive krypton 85 gas.
The UX4 base pins and maker's identification on the base cap.

The wide glass tube envelope is 29 mm in diameter and, excluding the UX4 base pins, is 70 mm tall.
