The VHTA is a heptode (pentagrid) mixer or frequency changer. The 200 mA heater indicates that it was for use with a series heater chain across the mains. The anode voltage of 200 Volts is consistent with UK mains voltages. The signal is taken to grid 4 at the top cap.
