The 2h-20 is a barretter or current regulator. The regulated current is for series connected heaters to compensate for voltage fluctuations.
The coiled iron wire will be in a hydrogen atmosphere.
The Amperite name on the dome.
The International Octal base.

The classic envelope is  mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is  mm tall.
