Type VT-11 a type G Pliotron with the UV four pin bayonet base. It was used by the Signal Corps in the USA from 1918 and found service during WWI.
This version differs slightly from VT-11 in that the anode cup has been redesigned.
From the Tyne Collection.
The original box. The dimensions are 57 mm square and 127 mm tall.
The box end with Type VT-11 printed on it.

The balloon envelope is 35 mm in diameter and, excluding the UV base pins, is 101 mm tall.
