Westinghouse made a specification error in the design of this valve. The consequence was that the valve was unusable. Thus few were made and this is a truly rare valve.
The base cap look to be a Shaw base.
The vertical anode. What looks to be the filament top support seems to connect to the top of the helical control grid.
