The 6CL6 pentode valve is a video power device capable of producing 2.8 Watts of broadband video in single ended class A.
Hewlett Packard made precision measuring instruments rather than valves. It is possible that the HP branded valves had been selected to meet a tighter tolerance of values.
The Hewlett Packard name as well as the logo.
Here the actual maker is given as RCA.
The thin glass tube envelope is 21 mm in diameter and, excluding the B9A base pins, is 57 mm tall.
