The ML7003 is an RF power triode designed to operate as a pulse modulator. It can dissipate 3 kW.
In the data the anode voltage is given as a hold off voltage of 40,000 Volts and the current as 60 Amps.
The wide metal tube envelope is 190 mm in diameter and, is 282 mm tall.
