about

The 6.F.32 (6F32) is an RF pentode from 1948 and is for replacement purposes. The second issue 1956 datasheet gives the design purpose as modulation and timing applications as well as stating that the valve is for replacement purposes.
The Mazda Octal base has the same diameter pin circle as the International Octal but the central spigot has a larger diameter.
The classic envelope is 32 mm in diameter, and excluding the IO base pins is 80 mm tall.
Reference: Datasheet. Type 6.F.32 was first introduced in 1948.
