The 90CV is a caesium photo voltaic cell. It is sensitive to red and infra-red light. The cathode area as seen face on is 2.4 cm².
The cathode is a curved surface and the anode is a vertical rod.
The active electrodes seen face on. Pin 4 is directly below the anode and the base should be positioned with this pin pointing to the incident light.
The side window envelope is 18 mm in diameter, and excluding the B7G base pins is 45 mm tall.
