This exhibit is an ebay find complete with the Phab box.
The side view with the grid supports showing. This valve looks very much like a re-badge Mullard product.
The base showing the tape connections between the base assembly and the jig formed electrodes.
The thin glass tube envelope is 20 mm in diameter and, excluding the B9A base pins, is 70 mm tall.
References: Datasheet & 1045 Type EL84 was first introduced in 1953.
