This 5Z4P was supplied as part of an amplifier kit. The OTK on the base indicates that it is Russian in origin and made to military specifications.

This rectifier was designed to supply equipment of up to 40 Watts total power.

One rectifier section seen face on. The bright cathode tube is in the centre with heat radiating fins to either side.

The wide glass tube envelope is 28 mm in diameter and excluding the IO base pins, is 70 mm tall.
