The data books give the QS92/10 as a voltage stabiliser on a B4 base. Jacob Roschy sent this picture proving that at least Haltron sold this 92 Volt stabiliser as a B7G based device. The data-sheet attached is of other voltages in this stabiliser range from M-OV.

The voltage stabilised is 92 Volts at currents up to 10 mA.
The envelope is 17 mm in diameter, and excluding the B7G base pins is 39 mm tall.
