The 230XP is described by Cossor as a Super-Power valve. It is for audio output and the data-sheet suggests that two may be used in push-pull.
The anode load is 3,500 Ω and the output for a single valve is 450 mW.
The electrodes have a rectangular mica support at the top but this is not wedged into the balloon envelope.
