The TS215 (Previously the BTH BTS215) is a double triode. One triode is for use as a detector and the other as an audio voltage amplifier.
Brian Stanfield has a BTH VR3 radio from CA that uses the TS215.
The dome with the BTH logo and the Mazda brand.

The balloon envelope is  mm in diameter and, excluding the B4 base pins, is  mm tall.
Reference: 1043. Type TS215 was first introduced in 1929.
