The 7C6 is a triode double diode, it was used in superhet receivers for signal and AGC detection and post AM detection amplification.The wide glass tube envelope is 26 mm in diameter and, excluding the B8B base pins, is 55 mm tall.References: Data-sheet, 1040 & 3002.
