The QV06/20 is popular small transmitting beam tetrode valve normally used in pairs within SSB HF transmitters of 100 W output. We also have the Government specification CV3523 and the American version the 6146. The latter is the most usual common name.
This Mullard valve was made in Holland by the parent company Philips.
The anode has rounded ends with central flanges for extra radiating area.

The wide glass tube envelope is 38 mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is 82 mm tall.
