CV2101

The CV2101 is a sub-miniature battery RF pentode with flying leads. The commercial equivalent is the DF72.
The control grid passes flat across the filament the other two grids are helical.
The KB/DC identifies this valve as being made to specification K1001 or K1006, the B denotes qualification by a UK authority and the DC identifies the maker as Mullard Radio Valve Co., Whyteleafe.
The thin glass tube envelope is 9 mm in diameter and, excluding the B8D base wires, is 39 mm tall.
