The VR150 voltage stabiliser is a cold cathode device with a classic shouldered envelope and fitted with an IO base cap. The VR150MT has the same characteristics but is on a B7G base with a small or Miniature Tubular envelope. The 0A2 is a direct equivalent.
The mean voltage stabilised is 150 Volts. Between the 5 mA minimum current and 30 mA maximum current the voltage regulation is 6 Volts. The striking voltage is 185 Volts.
The orange lettering showing Tokyo Shibaura Electric company name.
The thin glass tube envelope is 17 mm in diameter, and excluding the B7G base pins, is 57 mm tall.
References: Data-sheet & 1040. Type VR150MT was first introduced in 1954.
