This is a modern implementation of the classic 6V6GT beam tetrode and came as part of a matched pair.
The PC or anode current is 30 mA and the mutual conductance or gm is given as 4.84. The anode has four cooling flanes around the grey anode.
A closer look at the lower mica components.
The wide glass tube envelope is 32 mm in diameter, and excluding the IO base pins is 71 mm tall.
References: Datasheet, 1040 & 1043. Type 6V6GT was first introduced in 1937.
