The DT1336 from Triotron is a double diode triode for use on series heater chains. The heater runs at 200 mA.The DT1336 is equivalent to the CBC1 - a Philips Type designation.Thrower gives the base as B7 plus top cap. This clearly is a Ct8 base and so two versions are likely to have been made.
The reverse of the metallised envelope has the word Foreign. The gold zinc loaded paint points to a Philips involvement in Triotron. The classic envelope is 34 mm in diameter, and excluding the B4 base pins is 91 mm tall.Reference: Data-sheet. Type DT1336 was first introduced in 1935. See also 1935 adverts. |
