The CV1586 is a receiver triode and the prototype was the Mazda HL23.
This STC made exhibit also has the commercial HL23 on the reverse. It is unusual to find a MO base on a product not made by Mazda. Clearly it happens in this case as the MO base was listed in the Government CV specification issued to all makers.The classic envelope is 33 mm in diameter and, excluding the MO base pins, is 95 mm tall.Reference: Data-sheet. |
