The CV1066 is a triode also known as the VR66. The maximum operating frequency is 100 MHz. The prototype was the Mazda P41 that was modified to have a 6.3 Volt heater - the P61.
The reverse is plain zinc metallic paint.
The classic envelope is 32 mm in diameter and, excluding the MO base pins, is 70 mm tall.
