The CV222 is a double beam tetrode RF power output device based on the American pattern of two separate electrode assemblies.
The KB/Z identifies this valve as being made to specification K1001 or K1006, the B denotes qualification by a UK authority and the Z identifies the maker as MO Valve Company, Hammersmith.

The beam plate is the bright metal within the anode.
A closer view. The heater is folded into eight. The control grid copper supports are topped by a heatsink.
The wide glass tube envelope is 39 mm in diameter and, excluding the B9G base pins, is 66 mm tall.
