The CV2019 is a miniature voltage stabiliser. It is a GTR150M/S fitted with tapes welded to the pins.
The striking Voltage is 170 and for burning currents of 2 - 10 mA the regulation is believed to be 5 Volts. The electrode at pin 4 is the priming anode and it should draw no more than 500 μA.
The KB/G identifies this valve as being made to specification K1001 or K1006, the B denotes qualification by a UK authority and the G identifies the maker as Ericsson, Beeston.
The original Type designation of CV287 has been painted through.
The construction is a central rod anode and an outer bright cathode. The valve is gas filled and towards the base is a ceramic insulator.
The base with Paxolin disc and central tube brought out to an eighth tape.
The thin glass tube envelope is 18 mm in diameter and, excluding the B7G base pins, is 46 mm tall.
