The HLDD1320 is an indirectly heated double diode triode. The intended use was in universal (AC or DC mains) receivers including car radios. The envelope is screened and within the glass so is the diode section.

B7 base.

The classic envelope is  mm in diameter and, excluding the B7 base pins, is  mm tall.
