6AQ6Sensibly equivalent¶ to:CV2937

The 6AQ6 double diode and high μ triode was designed for broadcast radio use as detector, AGC and first audio amplifier.The pin connections and characteristics match the 6AT6 with the exception of heater current. The 6AT6 has a 6.3 V 0.3 A heater whereas the 6AQ6 has a 0.15 A heater consumption.Thanks to Mark Mallison for sending the images.The thin glass tube envelope is mm in diameter and, excluding the B7G base pins, is mm tall.Reference: Data-sheet.
