The PL5632 is a Xenon filled thyratron designed for use in motor control, ignitor firing or other relay service.
This exhibit was made in France.
The anode is a flat fronted dish secured to the top cap.
The four solid base pins. These would fit into a bayonet base.
Thanks to Mark Mallison for sending the images.
The wide glass tube envelope is  mm in diameter, and excluding the base pins is  mm tall.
