The 6AF7G is a dual shadow magic eye tuning indicator very similar to the popular EM34.
The triode voltage amplifier sits below the display bowl.The pinch and pinch stem occupy about a third of the total length.
The Visseaux name on the base cap and the IO base pins.

The wide glass envelope is  mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins is  mm tall.
