The E90F is a special quality pentode designed for industrial and mobile applications. it has sharp cut-off characteristics and is designed for RF applications.

Looking through the screen the anode can be seen as two small plates joined by a strap. The three wire grids can be seen with the inner two passing flat across the cathode and the suppressor grid wound as an open helix.

The thin glass tube envelope is 17 mm in diameter, and excluding the B7G base pins is 47 mm tall.
