The 6J6 is an american design. This exhibit, made by Mullard, is a copy of that design specification. Mullard badge the valve both ECC91 and 6J6. See 6J6 for full details.
The central common cathode together with the copper control grids can be seen clearly.
The thin glass tube envelope is 17 mm diameter and 45 mm high excluding the B7G base pins.
