The 12H6 is the smallest metal enveloped valve. The 12H6 is a pair of signal diodes that can also be used as a low power USA mains rectifier or voltage doubler.
The General Electric branding and the type hammered into the metal skirt.
The thin metal tube envelope is 25 mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is 29 mm tall.
