The G150/2D is a low power gas filled triode or thyratron.
The STC logo indicates a professional rather than consumer valve. One of the main elements is a glass shielded rod and the other is an inverted dish.
The trigger electrode can be seen just inside the dish electrode.
The wide glass tube envelope is 29 mm in diameter, and excluding the IO base pins is 70 mm tall.
