The G150/2D is a low power gas filled triode or thyratron.
The STC logo indicates a professional rather than consumer valve. The anode is a glass shielded rod and the cathode is an inverted dish.
The trigger electrode can be seen just inside the cathode.
The wide glass tube envelope is 29 mm in diameter, and excluding the IO base pins is 70 mm tall.
