The CV181 double triode is of the low impedance type and takes a large heater power for such a valve.
The double triode is found in amplifiers and instrumentation.
This valve was popular in the WWII era, and is of pinch construction within a glass envelope.
The classic envelope is 37 mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is 88 mm tall.
