The CV1101 UK service receiving valve from 1940 is a double diode triode that is identical to the M-OV MHLD6 and VR101. It would have been used in superhet receivers as signal and AGC detector plus first audio stage.The classic envelope is 37 mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is 96 mm tall.References: Data-sheet & 1043.
