The ECC35 is a medium impedance double triode with a high gain of 68. It was designed for use as a phase splitter and voltage amplifier in AF amplifiers..
The anode structure of the twin triodes is seen in the picture above. The anodes are very thin in relation to their area.
The wide glass tube envelope is 28 mm in diameter, and excluding the IO base pins, is 66 mm tall.
References: Datasheet, 1043, 3002 & 1040. Type ECC35 was first introduced in 1942.
