The 6080WC can be distinguished from the standard versions of this series pass valve by the large heat radiating fin attached to the control grid supports. It is also a special quality device as it has the vibration resistance conferred by the double micas.
The control grid heat radiator sits between the normal top mica and an extra layer.
The grid wires can be seen to pass flat across the cathode and anode.

The wide glass tube envelope is 38 mm in diameter and, excluding the base pins, is 87 mm tall. This is taller than many other manufacturers versions of this valve.
