The CV1941 is a vari-μ RF pentode mainly used as an IF amplifier in superhet receivers. The prototype was the 6K7G and the CV1941 and NR81 are identical.
This exhibit is branded Zaerix and made in USA but the manufacturer is unknown.
The identification is 6K7G and CV1941 indicating equivalence.
The outer perforated screen connects to the top screen and all that can be seen is the top of the two folds of heater wire that passes four times through the cathode tube.
The classic envelope is 37 mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is 100 mm tall.
