The A1834 is the M-OV Type designation for the 6AS7G series stabiliser double triode.
The AC anode resistance is very low at 280 Ω and the mutual conductance is considerable at 7.5 mA/V.
The above advert dates to 1958. The 6AS7G probably dates to 1950.
Each anode is a pair of finned flat based U channels either side of the cathode assembly.
The MWT brand sticker on this M-OV valve.
A closer view of one triode showing the anode at either side of the cathode and grid. The wire at the top joins the two anode halves.
Here the control grids can be seen to be wider than the anode channels.
The classic envelope is 50 mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is 108 mm tall.
