The PCL84 is a triode and output pentode mainly for use as a video output stage in domestic television receivers.
The triode on the left and on the right can be seen the internal coating on the glass to suppress evolved electrons.
The triode grid is on copper supports and the winding looks to be copper wire but it is difficult to tell.
The thin glass tube envelope is 20 mm in diameter and excluding the B9A base pins it is 60 mm tall.
