The 5750 is a direct equivalent of the 6BE6W special quality version of the 6BE6 heptode mixer.
The data-sheet emphasises the fact that this valve is built to withstand vibration by saying the use is in mobile and airborne applications.
The vibration resistance is produced by the use of thicker mica sheets top and bottom. Grid three - the signal grid - is wound on copper supports.
The thin glass tube envelope is 18 mm in diameter and, excluding the B7G base pins, is 49 mm tall.
Reference: Data-sheet. Type 5750 was first introduced in 1951. See also 1951 adverts.
