The WWII EF50 in a plain aluminium screening can and carrying the UK Air Ministry branding. The VR91 is Valve Receiving number 91.This amplifier pentode was a general workhorse. It was extensively used in radio and radar during WWII.The pins are equi-spaced around the circumference of the pin circle.The lettering on this example does not have the Air Ministry initials and crown of our other Rogers VR91.![](../pics/abw0021a.jpg)
