The CV specification indicates that the CV1934 is the 6J5GT.
The electrode assembly is sealed to a glass pinch. The envelope is a glass tube the width of the octal base. The anode plates are formed to leave an oval cavity for the grid and cathode.
The electrical characteristics of each half of the 6SN7 match those of the 6J5.
The end view of the anode.
The face view of the anode. The GT version has an internal construction very close to the original metal valve of the mid 1930s.
The wide glass tube envelope is 28 mm diameter and excluding the IO base pins measures 69 mm tall.
