The 6H7C is a Russian implementation of the 6N7GT Class B2 double triode.
Designed to operate in push-pull with zero grid bias, the anode to anode load is given as 8,000 Ω. It is an audio power valve capable of 10 W output.
Type 6A6 is the same valve but on a UX7 base.
The IO base with pin 1 omitted.
The pentagon symbol was used on Russian valves in the 1940s.

The wide glass tube envelope is  mm in diameter and excluding the IO base pins, is  mm tall.
