VR130A

Sensibly equivalent to:
CV1586

Extras ▼

The VR130A is a receiver triode and the prototype was the Mazda HL23.
At a glance this Type designation looks like VR180A but the old stores code of 10E/752 uniquely identifies this as the 130A.
The VR130 has a CV equivalent of CV1130. Looking at the data-sheets shows no difference so there must be an extended life or specially selected element to the A variant.
The reverse is plain. The label gives the last test results. The zinc loaded screening paint is starting to flake off.
The classic envelope is 32 mm in diameter and, excluding the MO base pins, is 69 mm tall.
Reference: Data-sheet.
