Sensibly equivalent¶ to:- ARDD5 - CV1054 - EB34 - OM3 - 1638
This exhibit was last updated on 29 March 2013 | |
The VR54 contains a pair of screened signal diodes with separate cathodes. The glass envelope has been further screened with an external copper metalisation that has then be painted.
The interesting thing about this exhibit is that the envelope is shaped and most VR54's had a tubular envelope.
The wide glass tube envelope is 28 mm in diameter, and excluding the IO base pins, is 63 mm tall.
