This exhibit is an ECC85. The maker is the East German RFT group and the logo indicates this. Thanks to Adam Sealey for identifying the logo.
The ECC85 design was specifically aimed at VHF FM receiver front ends.
The twin triode sections with central electrostatic screen.
One anode face view and the number 208045 and code VJ39.
The thin glass tube envelope is 22 mm in diameter and, excluding the B9A base pins, is 47 mm tall.
