The PCF82 is a television frequency changer from the VHF television era. Each section has its own cathode brought out to a pin. The pentode voltage rating is higher than the PCF80.
The much larger beam tetrode is mounted at right angles to the small triode.
The triode is seen on the right with the electrostatic screen between it and the beam tetrode..
The thin glass tube envelope is 21 mm in diameter and, excluding the B9A base pins, is 48 mm tall.
