The ARTP2 is a battery triode pentode that was renamed CV1345 when the common valve register was introduced for UK government procured valves in 1941. The prototype was the Mazda TP25 and the ARTP2 has a Mazda Octal base that few, if any, other manufacturers used. The image shows the old stores code of ZA3062.The reverse is plain zinc loaded screening paint.The classic envelope is 32 mm in diameter, and excluding the MO base pins, is 88 mm tall.References: Data-sheet, 1040 & 1043.
