The 6A8GT is a triode heptode frequency changer. The oscillator is required to generate 20 Volts pk-pk.
Pinnacle were resellers of valves.
The other side carries the Type designation in an octagon logo - Made by RCA perhaps.
The IO base.

The wide glass tube envelope is  mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is  mm tall.
