The CV1067 is a single triode is housed within a glass envelope. The electrode assembly is formed on a glass pinch in the traditional style. The anode plates are formed to leave an oval cavity for the grid and cathode.
The prototype for the CV specification was the M-OV L63 but clearly the 6J5G is a direct equivalent as both Type designations appear on the base.
Prior to the CV register this specification was known as the VR67 by the RAF and POVT154 by the GPO for telephone service.

The details of the construction are plain in this image.
The classic envelope is 38 mm in maximum diameter and excluding the IO base pins the valve is 87 mm long.
